Oreo Pudding

This wonderful recipe was originally shared in Malay , and dear Mahdiyyah Mahomed, had taken time to translate this for the benefit of YOU and I, who do not know the language. A Huge shout out to you Mahdiyyah, Shukran💕

OREO PUDDING
Sis Mahdiyyah Mahomed
Ingredients
1. 10g  packet jelly powder - preferabbly white
2.750 ml water
3. 170g sugar
4. 400g evaporated milk
5. 3/4 cup milo powder
6. 137g oreo ( break up into pieces..do not remove the cream)

Steps
1. Heat up the jelly with water until the jelly diluted. Then add in sugar , stir until the sugar dilutes and then aďd in evaporated milk.Let the mixture boils , and keep stirring until incorporated
2. Pour 2 cups of the mixture into another cooking pan and add in milo powder.mix thoroughly
3.Pour 1 cup of the milo mixture into the mould . At this instace, lower the heat for the cooking pan of the remaining milo mixture and stir continuously to avoid the jelly hardened
4.  Once the surface of the milo inside the mould hardened,,pour all plain jelly mixture into the mould
5.spread the pieces of oreo . Once the layer of the plain jelly + oreo hardened, pour the remaining milo mixture . These will creates 3 layers of jelly
6. Let the jelly cool at room temperature before putting it inside the fridge.

Oreo and Banana Cream Dessert

This is one of my Personal Recipes,  an "on the spur of the moment " whip up.  It is a simple and easy dessert and well worth a try, the next time you are looking to treat your Sweet Tooth 😉.

Oreo and Banana Cream Dessert

Serves 4:

16 Oreo cookies
1/2 cup Fresh Cream
1/4 cup Nestle Caramel Sauce
2 Bananas
1Tbspn Castor Sugar
Method:
~crush Oreo cookies
~whip fresh cream,the with castor sugar until soft peaks reached
~gently fold in the caramel sauce into the whipped cream
~to the creamed mixture fold in 1 banana roughly chopped
~layer individual glass with banana cream mix,follow with crushed oreo.end with the banana cream mixture
~to Decorate: sprinkle a little crushed oreo on top, with a few slices of thinly sliced bananas and drizzle with Caramel Sauce 
~allow to set in refrigerator for a few hours,until ready to serve
