2 fresh fillets of Venison
At least 500g
Cut into medium slices

Marinate
1 tblsp garlic
1 tsp ginger garlic
1 tblsp Vinegar..i use white grape
Half tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp tevsn braai spice
Half tsp chilli pdr..or paprika
2 tsp rajah curry powder..mix masala
Salt or aromat..aBout 1 tsp
Mix well and leave to marinate

1 onion sliced
2 to 3 tblsp ghee
Makes lovely golden wagaar..set aside

2 to 3 large tomatoes
Put in a microwave for a few minutes
Remove and pull away the skin
Careful not to burn
Smash the tomatoes

In a heavy based pan
Add some ghee..u can use the ghee from the fried onion
Heat up and add in the meat
Fry on medium to high
Add in some curry leaves
When the water burns out and u get a sear add in the tomatoes and cook further
Last add in the fried onions
Sprinkle garum masala
Add whole green chillies
Chopped dhania
