Chicken Strips with Sriracha Dipping Sauce


Healthy meals can be a breeze to prepare, and that is just what Ridwana Malek proved when she kindly shared with us her pic and the recipe she used,to make this yummy dish. WE LOVE IT๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’•๐Ÿ’•.

Personally I love Chicken, so this one is definitely going to feature somewhere on my table๐Ÿ˜‰. How about YOU?

CRUMBED CHICKEN WITH SRIRACHA DIPPING SAUCE

2 chicken fillet
1/2 teaspoon grated ginger
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1/2 teaspoon crushed jeero
1/4 teaspoon  lemon pepper
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon oil

Sriracha Dipping Sauce

1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup Siracha sauce (star meat)
2 tablespoon soya sauce
2 teaspoon lemon juice

- From 1 fillet cut across to make 3 thin pieces
- Mix together sauce ingredients and keep aside
- Marinate chicken  in above ingredients for few hours
- Heat little butter and oil in frypan
coat chicken in panko crumbs and fry till golden on both sides
- Serve chicken with Siracha sauce, side salad and vegetables
