Boiled Egg Bhajia

With every Ramadaan, we see different ideas and savouries that take on the spotlight.  This year seems no different from other years.  Aunty Tahera, shared with us how to make this EGG BHAJIA (Bhajia being a fritter), that is most unusual from the normal ones we are so used too.  Shukran for sharing this Aunty Tahera💕

10 eggs boiled shelled and cut in half 
1 and 1/2 cup chana flour
Pinch of turmeric powder

1 teaspoon of cumin powder
Fresh coriander finely chopped 
Green chillies finely chopped
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon baking powder
Water to make dough to thin paste consistency 
Oil for frying

~ mix all ingredients and make thin paste. 

~ Dip egg and fry . 
~ Make sure to drip off the excess paste . 
~ Fry till golden brown.
